Have Diarrhea, No Appetite, Pelvic Discomfort, No Energy. Help

Hi, I have been having loose stools/diarrhea for about 5 wks. In the mornings about 30 minutes after eating light (yogurt, juice), I am running for the bathroom. And sometimes once or twice more within the next 15-20 minutes. I have not had an appetite for weeks now and most the time have to force myself to eat. Occasionally I feel a little discomfort in my pelvic area. Also I have had no energy or ambition to do anything. Have never been much of a water drinker so I have been drinking lots of water and started today on electrolytes as I think I was beginning to feel dehydrated. Occasionally after lunch or dinner I will have a loose bowel but it is mainly in the morning. Have not consulted my dr. as I won't have medicle coverage for another 4 mths.

Hi, many thanks for the query!
Yes, very correct, you should first & foremost start taking
Oral Rehydration Solutions.
You need to do- Stool (Culture & Microscopy), USG (Abdo-Pelvis), CBC.
Till then take broad spectrum antibiotics, antispasmodics, antacids,
pre- & pro-biotics with your doctor's opinion.
Wish you a good health.
Take care.
Regards.
