Does Pantoprazole On Long Term Usage Cause Swelling In Eyes And Itching Around Nose?

I have been taking Pantoprazole SOD 40 mg for a year now due to Gastritis. I have been dealing with rashes all along but became severe this week on my face, especially around my nose, neck and eyelids! Eyelids have been swollen shut in the morning. Itchy and chronic peeling around nose and eyelids. Could this be related to long term use of this medicine?
