Hi. The first thing is the rest. Apply local rubrafacient ointments - which increase local heat. NO massage . Take a medicine to reduce swelling and pain like ibuprofen or so which suits you well.

Possibly muscle stretching only. Doubt anything else in abdomen would be less painful. If not sure, get an ultrasound abdomen and a urine examination. Thanks.
