Dr. Ilir Sharka MD

Hello! Regarding your extreme pain you should consult the doctor to perform e physical exam, an ECG and a chest X ray film to rule out any major chest pain syndromes; please got to the ED.

Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar MD

Better to get done ECG and chest x ray to rule out heart and lung causes. If normal than mostly muscular pain only. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant. Hit thanks if you like my answer.

Dr. Klerida Shehu MD

I recommend using a NSAID to relief your pain and to do a breast echo.
