Hi Zainab.gaffar . Thanks for your query. Nabothian are mucus filled follicles due to change in the cell layer. They are not a cause for worry. The follicles you are referring to can be Poly cystic ovarian disease.

Cysts of the ovary is usually coincidental finding. What was your purpose of ultrasonography?? Please let me know. Nothing to worry about asymptomatic ovarian cyst. Hope this helps. Hit thanks if useful.
