Does Driving And Shower Jeopardize The Healing Process In Otitis Media?
I am an adult diagnosed by ENT 2 weeks ago with Otitis media with effusion I have been 10 days on bacterium and 13 days on predisone. I am traveling the entire month. When I reach a destination, the ear congestion starts to get better. As soon as I DRIVE to my next destination or take a shower the congestion comes back. Is DRIVING and SHOWERING jeopardizing the healing process?
HI Thank for asking to HCM Yes you are right driving and shower could flair the condition of otitis, you have to take care while driving, plug your ears with cotton best if it moist with alcohol, same thing you can do while taking bath, I would suggest you to stop the steroid instead you can take "Tab. Chlorpheniramine maleate three times in day, take care and have nice day.
