You need to get a ureteroscopic /PSNL procedure done to get the stone removed by a Urologist.The stone needs to be analysed for its chemical composition and the metabolic pathway of the struvate/urate/oxalate/calcium /mixed stone found will nedd to be looked into to prevent further stones from forming.Use of antispasmodics like buscopan and Tramazac as a analgesic will help control any colic .
