Hi, I have read your query. It is not advised to do tens over spinal tumor like you have even if remanent as tens may activate remaining cell and increase the size of tumor again. If you have still pain in region then you should not hesitate to consult your doctor for that he may advise you stereotactic radiotherapy to shrink the tumour. Or he may suggest chemotherapy.
