hi there, there are plenty of reason for your symptoms most common being anemia or decreased hemoglobin, any middle ear infection leading to vertigo or not using the correct glasses for your vision correction, considering your history. hi,common conditions causing neck pain are degenerative disc disease, neck strain, neck injury such as in whiplash, a herniated disc. Your MRI is normal so no need to panic. The treatment of neck pain depends on its precise cause. Treatment include rest, heat or cold applications, traction, soft-collar traction. Also take some pain killers with muscle relaxants.
