Minoxidil is a very good drug for treatment of baldness. It helps in regrowing the hair and the results should be visible within a few weeks. It seems you have already tried it for 3-6 months and were initially satisfied but now even minoxidil is not working well for you.
According to me, you can try to get treated by alternative medicine specialists like ayurveda/homoepathy. They have good treatment for hair loss.
If you are not satisfied with them, the last option is hair transplant. You can then undergo hair transplant and it should help you.
