Hi Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum Do not worry it's common to have headache and nasal pain for few days following endoscopic sinus surgery. This is due to blockage of the sinus with blood clots and the trauma to the nasal mucosa while manipulatng with instruments during surgery. Use saline nasal spray as frequently as possible to loosen the clots and take some pain relievers. Regards
