Hi, This unicompartmental osteoarthritis in which only one compartment (mainly medial) gets affected. Asymmetrical reduction in joint space and osteophytes are a part of osteoarthritis. Supra patellar bursa effusion is also secondary to OA. TREATMENT: 1)Quadriceps exercises ( static and dynamic ) 2)avoid squatting and sitting cross legged 3)avoid using indian toilet.
