yeah, a heck of a lot ! any nerve damper might be helpful. This includes topamax, amitryptiline and most any anti-epileptic. Blood vessel dilators or constrictors might be helpful in some people. Drugs that prevent vessel spasm (nifidipine), drugs that prevent clot and contrictiion also might.
