Although there is no specific medical therapy, but what I use in my clinics is Intravenous Bisphosphonates, and over the counter Vitamin D and Calcium supplements. it is a rare bone disorder. it is genetic disorder and no treatment in any form is available. generally effect one bone and most common is skull. in this disorder in place of bone scar tissue develop. soit become fragile and week. changes shape and may lead to fracture. it is still in rearch stage to have some treatment. some surgery has been tried.
