Lumbarization is a term that refers to an anatomic anomaly in the human spine. It is defined by the nonfusion of the first and second segments of the sacrum. I have bad back pain years now .. Pain when i stand too long .. Sit too long ... Very bad when i bend to make beds etc ... Its all in my neck and shoulder now .
Hello,
Thanks ,
Back pain ( from long time i.e.chronic ) may be due to disc problems as in lumbar and sacrum vertebrae ( lumbosacral ) .
There is a muscle which extend from neck to back , (latissimus dorsi) and this muscle weakness together with bone ( lumber & sacrum ) develops pain due to exertion ( long standing).
X ray lumber region find out the cause, orthopaedician will help.
