Hello Take a cough syrup containing terbutaline + ambroxol . Steam inhalation and hot coffee, also provide instant relief in such type of cough , as you mentioned in your query. If you are having sore throat then also take levofloxacin 10 mg / kg ,once in day . If no sore throat ,no need of any antibiotics , because such cough may be due to allergy .
