yes my sister had gastric sleeve 3 months ago and has been in hospital last 2 months with serious complications. she has now been released to eat but everything she tastes has a bad taste and it all tastes the same. she has a weird film on her tounge

Sorry to hear about your sisters complications.
If theres a film on tongue then it should be carefully removed while brushing.
Using a mouthwash might just help.
