Can leg pain which is due to herinated L4-5 go with the use of methycobal?

MRI states annular tear & disc bulges in L4-5 & L5-S1. Is it curable? will I be able to lead a normal life? whom shld I consult for treatment? is surgery reqd?.
MRi reports suggest that you have disc herniation and it needs some treatment but not necessarily surgery as it is last resort. Before that you can try physiotherapy, Drugs like pregabalin and methylcobal. I would suggest you to try all these before thinking surgery as an option.
