Get your urine tested to exclude infection. If the pain is severe, an ultrasound scan is warranted. Drink plenty of fluids and hopefully you should recovery.

Hi there, Thanks for your query. How do you know it is kidney pain, which is usually due to urinary infection or kidney stones? Both sided-back pain can also be due to spasm of back muscles or intestinal infection. However, anti-spasmodic drugs, such as, Drotavarine or Diciclomine will relieve the kidneys pain.
