What Is The Cause Of Intense Anxiety And Paranoia In A Person?
I feel constantly like any pain or discomfort I have makes me paranoid that I'm going to die or that I'm termanaly ill! Feel like I get palpatations and feelings of anxiety like I'm gona pass out, my blood pressure and heart was checked with a Mini ECG test at the hospital. Y am I still feeling like something's wrong?

Its seem u have underline panic disorder. To control further attack u should take a antidepressant like escitalopram, paroxetine etc with low dose benzodiazepine when ever required. U can also u relaxation exercise it would definitely help u. rest u can consult a psychiatrist.
