cannot say in your particular case but in the vast majority of people the answer is a plain YES, OK. First question: is there symptoms of fantiing / near fainting, if NO, then there's a limit on what to do even if the EKG is ABNORMAL since pacemakers help symptoms, but not longevity. What meds; some lower pulse and are supposed t0! If it's sometimes low, with symptoms, then something needs doing

Dear Patient, irregular heart rate means that between your heart beats there is a huge difference between the pauses (long pauses, very short pauses) changing. Also the heart rate shouldn't be lower than 40/50bpm and also not higher than 90/100, depending on other medical conditions though. Best regards
