Swollen Inguinal Lymph Nodes, Swelling, Vomiting, Fall In Platelet Count, Dengue Symptoms. Done Biopsy. Treatment?

Hello Doctor,
I am 25 Male, Indian. Presently I am suffering from group of swollen inguinal lymph nodes since eight months and now my underarms nodes started swelling in a group. i could not get a biopsy for these as the size is small but they are swelling as a cluster. They are painful mostly if i walk and get stress.
I had a severe viral fever a year ago which caused 104 fever and platelet count fell down daily till 15,000 and one donor donated platelets and the platelet count become normal in a month. The symptoms are like Dengue fever but not dengue.
after two months of this illness i inhaled aluminium phosphide( a pesticide chemical) gas got vomiting 15 times. could not get medical treatment at that time. The chemical came four frequent days while i was brushing and cleaning my mouth tried to vomit in morning. I forgot this later.
After a month i had Urinary tract infection for one and half month with Pseudomonas and Ecoli infection. after 20 days i got a swollen lymph node in back of my skull in a week i got every where swollen lymph nodes at neck, Groin, arms, knees. I went to a GP. Tests are done for Quantiferon Gold-TB blood study, ESR, C-Reactive protein. all were normal. four month ago again tests were done for ESR, C-Reactive protein and liver function tests , results are normal.
The doctors are telling size is non specific
Please help me what it is and how to get diagnosed and how to get treated

Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
I went through your past and present medical history.
Swollen enlarged lymphnodes in all areas is concerning finding and underlying problem has to be evaluated with investigation.
Complete blood picture, mantoux test, VDRL, biopsy of marrow and lymphnode to be done if the nodes enlarged at multiple sites.
Consult general physician for examination and further investigation.
Hope I have answered your query.
