Hi,

The increase in heart rate (palpitations) you are experiencing is due to bad cold you had. Please bare in mind that in cases of infection (like bad cold), the heart rate is normally increased.

With regards to raised area inside the mouth and white tiny spots, they are also related to bad cold (also called cold sores inside the mouth).

I advise to:
- keep a good oral hygiene
- do throat gargle with water and salt
- take 1 table spoon of olive oil daily followed by 1 teaspoon of honey
- drink more water (especially tea)

If no improvement within a couple of weeks, should seek medical attention.

Wish fast recovery!
