Paracetamol is given in the dose of 15 mg per kg of body weight of your child per dose.You can give it 4 times a day.
For example if your child is 12 kg,then dose is 180 mg four times a day.

Ibugesicplus is given at the dose of 10 mg/ kg body weight.
For example, if the weight of your child is 10 kg, you can give 5 ml ibugesicplussyrup at the interval of 6 hours.
