What Is The Relation Between Laxative Abuse And Hyperparathyroidism?

What is the relation between Laxative Abuse and Hyperparathyroidism?
I've already did some research but most sources only say that HPT may be caused by osteomalacia due to laxative abuse, but none of them really explains how it worked. So please help. Thanks!

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, look taking laxative is just increase the bowel movement either or makes the stool soft and nothing else it does not get absorbed form intestine and mix with the blood and do something with endocrine system because thyroid dysfunction is endocrine disturbances, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
