What Does Distal Right Vertebral Artery Appears Hypoplastic With Basilar Artery Shown On MRA Suggest?

It started with my right eyelind closing half way. Than I began to see double. more blurry side to side double. then it became top and bottom double with the top object being up and off to the right. I have had MRI's MRA's and really have no answers except the the MRA report stating that the distal right vertebral artery appears hypoplastic with basilar artery only filled from the left vertebral artery. This medical jargen (sp)? was exp;ained to me but something doesnt make sense. If I look at something straight on I see double. If i look up as to peer over ones glasses I see just fine and tiping my head to the left also lets me see just fine. It is only the straight on vision that is double. Can you help me with any information or thoughts? Thank You. Michelle

It is a neurological problem. ocular muscle movement is to be noted paralysis of muscle is to be calculated. What you have mentioned tilt of head to left and no diplopia. it is head tilt which is compensating the paralytic action of ocular muscle. after evaluating involved muscle the surgical option or prismatic correction can be decided.
