Dear friend ,echogenic liver suggesting fatty infiltration in non alcoholic patient is associated with NASH (Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis). It resembles alcoholic liver disease, but occurs in people who drink little or no alcohol. I advise you for lab test SGOT , SGPT and lipid profile(cholesterol,LDL,TG,HDL,) and to reduce weight, avoid fatty food and alchoal and start Vitamin E daily. Thanx.
