Painful Anus From Hemorrhoids While Passing Stools. On Suppositories, Hydrocortisone, Metamucil. Any Alternative Remedy?
Hello Dr.:
My anus hurts from hemorrhoids any time I pass stool. I use preparation H suppository at night and hydrocortisone cream during the day. I also use metamucil as stool softner. Will Hem Relief help? How long will it take to eliminate the hemorrhoid and how many pills do I take per day? What alternative treatment would you recommend?

I read carefully all your concerns and I strongly suggest to avoid constipation.
So I would recommend take plenty of water, use foods reach in fibers and has physical activity.
With regards to Hem relief you can use 3 pills per day for 5-7 days.
At the end i strongly suggest to consult a proctologys for this problem.
