Hi, Acne is due to blocage of spacious gland later sebum is not secreted hence swelling(acne). Now u need to 1) keep your face clean with soap n water 2) maintain hydration by taking plenty of fluids 3) avoid oily n spicy food 4) take more fruits n vegetables (more vitamin a c e supplements) 5) Never burst acne even if yellow 6) warm compression or steam 7) when pustule use clarithromycine oint
