The only way to stop it at such a young age is by removing the uterus. It wont stop naturally. But why would you wanna stop it. Till the menses are on, females are protected from a lot of diseases. The problems begin for them once they stop. If your menses are causing you too much pain and trouble, consult your gynecologist for some remedy. But let them go on till they can go on.

naturally it should stop on its own by using some hormones we can stop it or we need to remove uterus there are no natural ways to stop hormones

There is no way to stop a period forever, bar, a hysterectomy. It is not advisable, as you would have numerous health issues. Taking the Depo shot or the Seasonale pill would make you have a period once in every 3 - 4 months.
