HLA B27 is a marker of autoimmune disease related to bone and joints as in ankylosing spondylitis in which there is pain and stiffness of back joint mainly sacro-iliac joint. If you found it helpful do vote.

HellI I am sorru but Looking at your history and symptoms it seems to be a case of ankylosing spondylitis More than 90% patients of AS have HLA B27 antigen positive. it manifests first as a dull pain in lower lumber or gluteal area accompanied by low back morning stiffness that improves with activity.
