Hi every few weeks my resting heartrate speeds up to 112-120 beats per minute for about 20-30 minutes once that day. Is that bad. I m 16 years old. Should I get a test done or is it normal abnormal ...
i read some where that when you jog/run you should keep your heartrate at about 70 -80 % of its maximum beats per minute is this true? my mbpm is 180 wich means i should keep my heartrate at about 144 ...
Normal heartrate is 60 - 100 beats/minute
Bradycardia (slow heartrate) means it is less than 60 beats per minute.
Reply with thanks
is 98 bpm a good heartrate
not it's not. A heartrate as fast as 98 can only be justified by physical activity. If you've got 98 beats per minute, without engaging into physical activity, then investigation is needed. Various conditions may cause it like anemia, thyroid disease, infections, severe dehydration, arrhythmias etc
You've got to visit your doctor for the necessary investigation.
Is my heartrate ok at 68 bpm
Yes it is absolutely normal to have heartrate of 68 beats/min.
Heartrate of 60-100beats per minute is considered normal.
PLease hit thanks
