hello dear thanks for your query at HCM toe fungus and vaginal yeast both belong to fungal infection only. but species of organism causing them are completely different and not very closely related to one another. toe fungus mainly caused by dermatophytes. vaginal infection mostly by candida . both different regards

Hello I would suggest an OTC antifungal cream e.g clotrimzole, twice daily OR Vaginal pessary/suppository once daily at night. An oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150 mg single dose, is mostly sufficient. Regards
