When earwax have formed plugs it is best to flush it using a syringe with warm water but using soft cotton stick then removing gradually could be a good way to about it. If the wax is much, then using ear drop solvents to dissolve the way then removing with cotton stick can be helpful. See doctor if condition is serious.
