What Is The Best Way For Colon Cleansing? Taking Liver Detox Tablet
AS part of a detox what is the simplest way to do a colon cleanse. i am taking a liver detox tablet from the health food store and do not wish to do things like a water irrigitation cleanse. Just take something to help the detox process get to every area. And secondly is the bowel and the large intestine the same thing? and is the colon just another name of the bowel broken down into peices?

As liver detox for regular use you can use Lactulose syrup - like synthetic, non-digestible sugar - as an osmotic laxative.
For single dose cleaning the bowel - Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) solutions - 2 liters of PEG solution taken in conjunction with a laxative (bisacodyl or magnesium citrate) - work by pushing a large volume of fluid through the bowel to force out waste. They cause no significant electrolyte shifts, so they are considered safer just like preparing for colonoscopy.
Bowel means intestine - small bowel/intestine or large bowel/intestine.
