Hi. I would keep a possibility of Cholinergic urticaria which is mostly due to rise in core body temperature like hot showers, exercise, spicy foods etc. I usually ask my patients to take an oral antihistamine like loratadine or fexofenadine once or twice daily for symptomatic relief. It is a chronic condition and avoidance of precursors is the best treatment. take care regards

Hello! It seems to be Gastroesophageal reflux. You should avoid spicy foods, fatty processed foods, chocolates, juices, coffee ,every food that trigger your symptoms Eat frequent small meals, drink plenty of water and raise the head of your bed. You should take anti-acids or Ranitidine at bedtime for some weeks. If this doesn't work you may need PPI drugs (Omeprazole) I suggest to consult a physician .
