Thanks for contacting HCM I am sorry to hear that you had a head injury. From your description it was a minor injury. There is no reason why you can not proceed with hair dying. there is no contraindication or reasons for concern with dying your hair and recent head trauma.

If he had an head injury, vomiting with headache could be sign of intracranial bleed. If there is no head injury the symptoms can be managed symptomatically.
