Hello, If you have been having these twitches which are painless off and on, it may be a condition called myokymia. There is not a serious condition. Avoiding caffeinated drinks might help. If it something new , associated with pain or twitching elsewhere or with numbness, weakness etc you would require to see a Neurologist. I shall be happy to answer if you have any queries.
