Valtrex (Valaciclovir) is unlikely to cause green stool. Iron formulations or rapid transit in the large bowels may cause greenish discolouration of stool
You are mostly having intestinal infection.
So drink plenty of fluids. Start antibiotics and probiotic. Avoid junk food. Also drink ORS (oral rehydration solution). If not improving in 2-3 days then consult doctor....
