hello. to get full strength back it will take a long time. but you should be able to be back to moderate activities by another month. see it depends upon the extent of injury and treatment options. but 2-3 months is optimum time. reply with thanks. regards

It is mostly sprain. But better to rule out fracture or hair crack by x ray of distal fibula. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant. Immobilization is the key in early recovery. Please hit thanks.
