Suggest Treatment For Signs Of Diarrhea
Hi,
My 6-month old baby is having a loose motion in his bowel. Last 03-January, he pooped about 3 times a day and vomitted as well. He has no fever at all. we went to his pedia and advised to take Erceflora and Hydracel and Hydrite for 5 days. As of writing, he doesnt vomit anymore but still his poop is watery and whitish-yellow. the result of his Fecalysis is as follow: WBC- 0-2/hpf; Many Bacteria and fat globules; None Parasites found and negative in Amoeba; Color - whitish yellow; Consistency- watery- mucoid. pls help me in determining or how to read the result of his Fecalysis.

I really appreciate your concern for the baby as I always say that most of the diarrheas are self limiting and this comes around on its own rarely this need some treatment only the hydration is the matter here in your baby's case stop every thing because frequency of 3 to 4 stool per day is normal hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
