Yes, Grave's disease, which often shows itself as hyperthyroidism (too much thyroid hormone) can cause bradycardia (slow heart rate). Really, both hyper and hypo thyroid problems can cause this. Bradycardia is defined as less than 60 beats/min, but many healthy people have this, such as athletes. But if it is giving you symptoms such as light headedness, you need to see a doctor about it.

HI. For Grave's disease- only single care that helps is a proper medical therapy and surgery if you and your Surgeon agree to operated. Just do not think about anything else. A regular Thyroid function tests and follow-up regularly . Do nothing else
