Hi Cause of bilateral hydroureteronephrosis has to be made out. For grade 4 prostate, it has to be removed. Please get a CT Scan KUB. Exclude any Ureteric stone and then proceed with a Urologist. Regards

Hello sir , for ur age this size is expected , and as such radiology images (USG) shows that size indicates mild prostatomegaly without focal lesions . For this medication helps to resolve the symptoms , if ur doubtful go for PSA levels if its below < 4 ng/dl it indicates normal . Thus as mild prostatomegaly is normal no need to worry
