Hello, I don't your medical history so I cannot estimate how possible is having a blood clot in your veins but for a 19 old healthy woman that would be highly unlikely unless special circumstances apply (like being bedridden due to a serious injury, surgery, having thrombophilia etc). If there's no factor that may increase your risk for thrombosis then I suggest you try to cope with your anxiety.
