Why do you want to take the risk, go for surgery before cholecystitis , that is infection and inflamation of the gallbladder or surgical jaundice develop due to impacted stones in the bile ducts. I am saying so as there are no medicines to dissolve the stones.

If the pain is similar to gallstones, bile duct stone can be the reason. Especially if your urine is dark and stool whitish. Breast lump rather do not give abdominal pain.

Most gall bladder stones are present for a long time before they are incidentally discovered. Unless you develop pain there is no requirement to get it operated. The only probability is its getting struck in the bile duct and when it happens it will give rise to severe pain and jaundice. Unless that develops, you can wait safely. No flushing required
