What Are The Symptoms Of Hypoglycemia?

i was recently diagnosed with hypoglycemia and have changed my diet since. I am also a teacher and have been stressed out over the past month. My period is late this month, but I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and all had a negative result. What is happening?

hypoglycemia is diagnosed with three factors, symotoms like giddiness, sweating, palpations, excess hunger, confusion and coma in severe hypoglycemia, detected blood sugar levels of less than 65 mg/dl (this value is subjective may not be applicable as such) and getting relieved of symptoms after taking food.i would like to know if you are a diabetic.if so what is the duration?
regarding your diet, your stress could result in improper diet and you may have nutritional anemia, which is the most common reason for irregular periods.i would strongly suggest you to consult a physician for evaluation
