What Is The Cause For Angina? How To Treat This Condition?

hi my name is jasper, I have angina, and I want to know , what causas it, how caN IT BE TREATED, EVERY TIME I DO SOME THING STAINGEUS IT HURTS ME, HARD PAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CHEST, HAD THREE STENTS PUT IN, BUT STILL HAVING PAIN, DR, PUT ME ON RENEXA, BUT IT DONT WORK, WHAT DO YOU SUGEST.

Hi and thanks for asking in HCM forum. After coronary angioplasty many people will suffer from this kind of chest pain. Many times its not serious. Post stenting their may be coronary arteries spasm or pain can be due to injury to the arteries during stenting. Renexa (ranolazine) tabs are used to chronic angina. I advice u to follow your doctors advice and if its still bothering you they may indicate a repeat coronary angiogram, till then continue these medications. All the best. Regards.
