No your blood pressure is near normal. Headache has no relation with this blood pressure. you have some othet cause for headach.

Causes of such symptoms can be high blood pressure and sinus infection specially frontal and maxillary sinus infections. Other causes are bleeding or rupture of vessels in the brain cavity which may need an urgent evaluation. So i would recommend a visit to emergency. PLEASE REPLY WITH THANKS.
