Which Foods Are High In Calcium Oxalate,calcium Phosphate, Calcium, And Uric Acid?
yes trying to find foods high in calcium oxalate,calcium phosphate,calcium,and uric acid and other chemicals my brow sure says these causes kidney stone. Its pretty sad that I have to do this myself no help but I appreciate what help you could give me.

1 Uric acid & urate calculi , red meats, offal & fish rich in purine should be avoided.
2 Calcium oxalate calculi , Rhubarb, strawberries , plums spinach & asparagus causes this type stone.
3 Phosphate calculi , tomato, black grapes .
4 Cystine calculi, sulphur containing proteins such as eggs, meat or fish are restricted in this type of calculi.
There should be high liquid in all forms of calculi. Hyperparathyroidism also excluded in calculi.
