Hello,
Thank you for writing to HCM

Diaper rash are irritant dermatitis caused due to increase in PH of skin by urine or faeces.
Frequent change of diaper is necessary.

Clean with baby soap and pat dry, then apply daktacort cream in the affected area. After the rash has healed apply zinc oxide/vaseline to protect the skin from exposure to irritant(urine/feaces).

Regards.
